What I love most about the album is the honesty and the sincerity. If I could describe the album in a sentence it would be “Great vocals, deep lyrics with an important message and honesty all rolled up in one”
The album starts off strong with the title track “You Have My Heart. The song is a prayer acknowledging that all we need is God. The next song “Follow Your Heart” seeks to correct the notion that all we need to do in this life is follow our hearts no matter what, when in fact we should let God lead our hearts and not the other way around.
The song “The Unknown” is a great reminder for someone like me who worries a lot about the future. I don’t need to know what tomorrow holds, when I know the one who holds tomorrow. “Turn Around” really displays the guy’s vocal talents and harmonies. I also love the simplicity of the song.
“Coming Home” is my favorite song on the album. It’s a song on repentance and a great reminder that I can always come back to the loving arms of my Savior”
In a nutshell, the album is AWESOME! You should get it. And I’m not the only one who thinks so because the album is currently part of the top 10 Christian Albums on Itunes. Great job guys!
